Liloe was born in Varisia as the child of a Shoanti nomad of the Shiikirri-Quah (Hawk tribe) and an elven mother. She learned her magic from her mother and from a shaman of the tribe, always beeing an outsider to any of the cultures she grew up in. As she grew older, she joined her father on a long journey to the west coast, on which her father died during an attack by muggers, and she could barely escape. Since then she tried to survive alone in the coastal cities of Varisia, lately in the city of riddleport where she boarded the Jenivere.
